Authenticity of decision of an Online Meeting Shishir ThapaliyaMember May 29, 2020 at 6:41 am What can be the audit procedures and audit evidences for online meetings conducted? As we are moving towards digital conferences, from the context of an auditor, how will we satisfy ourselves about the authenticity of the decision? Reviewing the recording of the meeting? [This would be really cumbersome and time-consuming] Digital Signature? [Government has just planned to implement digital signatures in Nepal, everyone do not have the signature in today’s context] Taking a confirmation from the management in regard that the meeting decision are authenticate? What audit evidence do you suggest? This topic was modified 10 months ago by Shishir Thapaliya.
